The Five Steps Syllogism

The Niaya is more or less trying to develop the methodology of dialectics. So you can start with anything where you're trying to prove that it's true, you can use this five step syllogism and prove that thing. This is what we call Anumana Prayoga. All the five sentences should make one sentence which is called Mahavakya.
