i am usually the anti facebook person here, but i want to start with this point. Zuck has the burden of running something that's never been nothing like this has ever existed before on earth. And there's no play book. In some ways, he is controlling maybe a top three to top five most powerful institutions in the world. What's tricky is that facebook does not put forward the story hard enough that we don't know what the fuk's going on.
