The more we can be aware of where we might be tensing in other places when we're trying to stretch our hamstrings the more successful we can be at actually reaching the goal. And also I would think that if you're if you if you have learned how to not compress harmfully the rest of you while you do let's say hamstring stretches that you're gonna be way way more sensitive to what's going on with the hamstring stretches. Yes I think that's true.
