Nike's Transition to a New World
Nike sued him for $10 million when he left the company to join Adidas. He says it was a "nightmare" being accused of stealing trade secrets and breaking non-compete rules. The lawsuit is still something that bothers him, even though he understands why Nike did it. Adidas' creation of Brooklyn Farm has been described as one of the biggest innovations in sports history.
