What Is Mindfulness?
There are many different ways of being here now. And some of those ways involve mindfulness and some do not. It's possible to be here now completely unmindful. When we practice, you know, when ourselves are beginning to see that part of mindfulness, it's not just being present in the way a black lab might be,. But actually there's a certain observing power of the mind where I'm not sure this will express it exactly.
