Is There a Language for Displaced Persons?

Displaced persons could apply to come to UK under European voluntary workers scheme. They would have a mandatory three years service in a specific occupation that would be chosen by the government. After they'd completed that three year term, they could apply for any job and were granted indefinite leave to remain. Derogatory perceptions of Eastern Europeans are rooted in a history of being valued and treated as disposable cheap labor. But we don't really have a language for this prejudice in the way that we might around say sexism or racism.
