Is There a Need for Education in Latin America?

Fernando: There are plenty of people in latin america and in countries that care about education. Bryan: It's not possible to answer the question of whether latin Americans care or not. Fernando: Many political leaders understand that democracy, if it is going to deliver to the people, has to deliver the reality that the future can be better than the present. And education is the single most effective avenue for a government to deliver on that promise.
