Psychological avoidance is walking away from anxiety instead of learning to transform into power. We're biologically wired to move away from anything that has the potential of being threat. And our brains so amazing about being able to protect us, it sometimes can't distinguish real threat from perceived threat. So when I'm talking about psychological avoidance, I talk about perceived threats.
