i see the proportion of v mbs is definitely increasing as this issue is getting more med attention. And housing affordability as a problem is something that more and more people are becoming aware of. I think there's certainly growing awareness of the problems of exclusionary zoning being a factor in housing construction in more and more places. So you're fighting a good fight, getting the message out, changing hearts and minds one time. Hopefully. Yes.
