Andi, when i was a kid, i wanted to be a journalist. That was the career that i wanted to go into. But for someone who has been told if you don't get your views up, you're not going to get paid or stay on this job, i couldn't imagine. institutions largely do not know how to support women who are going through this ind dealing with this.
