If you look at the general population for any in any given domain, or prospective on intelligence or talent, it lays out very close to forty % o people generally hold a grossy perspective. The only if only i did rule really is about how can we help our selves persist at problem solving right? Effective problem solving, tt, which involves effort. It involves focus. It involves unawareness hat we're not doing well. If we do that, it turns out that we can actually go further than we would. People who are growthy at the outside aren't better moror more talented than people who are fixed. That would, of course, be a fixed minds o view of things
