The Importance of a High Manager
A good recruiter becomes a consultant to the hiring manager, like a business parter to the hir anager. The expectations of a high manager could be like a seven year old christmas list, or a like twhat i really want. It's not just about can you write in this language but also the depth of that experience. And so that's wherew wen somethims, when you hear a candidate that you get past the first round and then you get eliminated half way,. it might because it hired a manager, did a fill cerm like i don't know if you's experience really matches.
