How to Respond to Intemperates

In general, I think you lose credibility when you're in temperate. The last person to realize that is the intemperate person. Your willingness to engage that intemperate member wasn't just about defending yourself or even your agenda. It's about caring for the sheep and the weaker sheep. How does he help his members take this opportunity more seriously? First of all, do they have a stated agenda? Is it printed for everybody to be able to see? So there's a lot of preparation that goes in ahead of time.
