The Orchard Murders

The house was once lived in by a man named Donald Ian Cogland who had committed the very famous Orchard murders in 1848. Our house was where he'd killed eight people and bury their bodies in the little apple orchard at the low edge of our property. One day Bill sat me down and said, look dad and I have had some investment that didn't pan out. I think it's time to recognize the obvious profit potential of giving tours of the house instead of flipping it.
