The Struggles of Product Managers
There is no I see in product management, not that I know, right? So you have to you start to manage other product managers and you have to let go a lot of things. Then you need to navigate to like hey you need to give space for people to do that job. And so that's a that's like a constant give and take and negotiation and figuring it out with folks. That's the breed of manager and leader that generally does well who generally value.
