The High Representative in Bosnia-Rica Guina

The current high representative is a former German parliamentarian by the name of Christian Schmitt from the CSU. He came up as the new high representative under very curious circumstances after a long, long tenure by the previous high representative Valentin Inzko. There's also a lot of very dodgy questions to be asked about his unusually warm and friendly relationships with the government in Zagreb.
