The book is really about the ethos of an operation, a sales operation to me. If we don't have champions in the deals and we're not selling with the right behaviors, the whole business is going to fall apart. And so there has to be this reinforcement of the mission and accountability top down because managers will get caught up in the leading indicators and the numbers.
