There are questions being raised that would not have darkened the dreams of jurists even 200 years ago. The nature of human life has changed more in the last 100 and 50 years than at any time from the dawn of lisation. And therefore we need to have an approach, because those questions need answers. They need answers now, not in a hundred years time. O'Brien: Do i stick within my muthhep? Or do i go outside my method?
