There's not one supplement we use where we don't see it. Some that are generally very effective for stress hormone stuff will cause weird. People have such different physiogees. And so we just stop that supplement and see if there's others or see the lifestyle stuff. I feel like you need more of that raw material from tryptophan or 5 HCP in order to boost that serotonin based on what I've seen.
