Next Generation GP - A Free Leadership Programme for Young GPs

I really think the NHS needs good leaders. It needs people who want to change things around them for the better. I felt that there weren't really any proper training opportunities if you wanted to be a leader. So I set up this leadership programme called Next Generation GP along with a few other people. And it's not full of management speak or theory. The thing that we really do is focus on the human side of leadership.
