The SEC Sues Coinbase

This is a big week for regulatory agencies and lawsuits against major crypto companies. There isn't really a gesture towards criminal activity here or major violations beyond the fact that they are supposedly an unlicensed securities exchange. I think both are potentially existential or critical for these companies.
