The Closure of the Arctic Center in Norway
I don't know that the center itself was, it certainly wasn't as effective as it could have been. Right now in 2023, our presence in that region on the northern flank of NATO with our Nordic partners is very important. And we seem to be doing the opposite. It's this lack of ambition, a lack of seeing ourselves as an Arctic leader and it's certainly a lack of being an Arctic leader.
