How to Protect Your Biceps With Dead Lift Grip
Once your grip starts to fail on the dead lift, you just shut down. So again, now i warm up without straps. And my warm up does get to a little bit of heavier weight,. But not too many, not too many wraps, and then i just use straps. That's what i'd recommend for protecting your biceps. If you're going to mixe grip, make sure you alternate either each set or just session to session. Menily, i would say month to month. One month with maybe the right palm up, the next month with the left palm up. My preference is double overhand, if you can do it. Once you get to a certain amount
