How to Be a Good Parent
If negative attention is better than no attention at all. Practice mindfulness where we become aware of our parenting triggers notice the buttons that are pushed easily by your child. That is where you want to do your own self analysis. And by practicing mindfulness it's not a bad idea to do a journal, a stress journal of what triggers you have because if you can control those triggers and change who you are in that regard of being a parent then good for you.
