Cancer Screening
We see this as an annual test mainly because it fits into the current paradigm of how we see people and work with them also the most aggressive cancers tend to have the shortest well times so they will go from a stage one to a stage four within a couple of years unlike a colorectal cancer that might take five or ten years to go. So our idea is that since we preferentially detect more aggressive tumors that we want to find those at the potentially earliest possible stage for patients. We're running about 1.1% positives in our commercial piece again a lot of it depends upon your risk factors if you have really high risk factors for cancer your positive predictive value is probably even higher
