The first one we did, a, we put 70 thousand into the house. We literally sold it, the house, for what we had in it. So we broke even. The other one was a convoluted, a family affair. I think the family was gong throu divorce, and the house was a mess. And a, we gave it a good shot. But i just think, yes, some lack of experience, but i think the area were where i sent the card out to, and the cards themselves were terrible.
