Are You a Newer Statist?
We actually run sessions designed specifically for newer statisticians. So tey're a lot less scary, if you like, you're only going to be talking to peers rather than people. And some young starsons do prefer that. We've got to prercent authoritis and giving a talk at a conference, or giving many talks, is that learning experience. You learn what goes well, you learn what didn't so well. I've given some very bad presentations in my time, and i learnd from them, and i improve.
