Don't try to act like, you know, many of my male friends that are too scared to walk into a therapist's office or admit that to deal with their shit. You can learn a lot. I mean, I'm constantly focused on not the answers, but the asking myself the right questions as that's an important thing. Don't use that as a way to convince yourself that you're somehow doing the work. Those are the three things that humans do. They're either just talking to each other, they're communicating or they're really connecting and when you're really connecting, it's not just what you say, you feel it.
