strength training is where it's at. I'm really enjoying the gym almost more than running at the moment. Strength training is also for our kind of bone health and physical health. It's just it's and for like my running longevity as well. So Holly is potentially going to make me brave enough to use my gym membership for slightly more than a majority female class because yeah, I deserve to take up space just as much as men.
