Is There a Region That Is Doing the Worst Right Now?
The West continues to struggle as folks move to some of those markets like the Phoenix Austin Boise markets that kind of are having a pull back. Now, whereas the the south continues to seem to be a very large job creator, despite it was a job creator prior to COVID. And I think what's driving that is not only the net in migration, but what we talked about before, which is simply the lack of resell inventory.
