I think it depends on what stage of the business that you are in. You can do a lot with some very simple tools. There is, and will get into this more, about looking impressive. It is really important that you understand set and setting. I've talked about this many, many times, and i actually taught an entire course on how to how to influence others. Everything you say and do matters. So the way you present yourself has a huge impact.
