The way we live has changed so much in the last 25 years. There are cameras pretty much everywhere now. We all carry mobile devices with GPS's pinpointing our movements. Even our cars have GPS's. One thing I'm sure everyone can agree is a positive by product of this is that it's getting a lot harder to kidnap someone and get away with it. If this story had taken place 50 years earlier may have forever remained a mystery, but this abduction was witnessed by multiple people resulting in a flood of calls to 911 as the abduction was still happening.
