I've built apps in the past where I would sometimes get these support emails that would just be the angriest, meanest emails and then I would respond to them as an actual person they'd be like I'm so sorry for that first email. People really do respond well to support that treats them like a human and sounds like it's coming from a human as well you knowSo that's pretty much how I handle it just if a person came up to me in real life and it's like hey I'm having trouble with this thing then I would responseyou know as a person would in real life.
