Bringing Change Into Your Community

In every group of people, six to eight percent love new ideas. There 're a few laggards who don't want anything to change. What you've got to do instead is two things: Is this going to help the community get to where it wants to go? Or are we simply doing this because we're going to profit? If it's the first, it's worth sticking with if you get pushed back. And then the second, back to affiliation and status, is tou socialize it by offering certain status rolls to certain early adoptors who benefit from using these things to accomplish their other goals.
