Yoga is great way to work on a balance, the great way to do things that your body doesn't typically do in other workouts. But when you use really heavy loads, you are forced to use all muscles. So there's smething called high threshold motor units. These are essentially part of our nervous system. And so i say, muscle activation or mind, body control, teaso, exactly my muscle activation.
