What's Room Temp?
Food temperature is not really what we're talking about that's alredy occupied by something. The bottom plate, whatever, hitting any temperature between blazing hot and roomtap is heard. You really want a lot some of your, like, stinky cheeses, or just a variety of cheeses, to be out for hours on it. It happened because i just let it sit there.
