Sally Kohn: Salvation is an absolutely free gift, but we do have to receive it. She says our will needs to be healed to cooperate by grace. We get punished right when we don't do it right because that's part of our ding dee of our freedom too she says. "Mercy fills it up in us and so we begin to learn a little bit how to love better"
