What Is Hyper Calvinism?

I think hyper calvinism is a heresy. It doesn't really mean anything if your talking about c r t and most of these context, any more than the word legalism. But you can't simultaneously say you can't listen to a ple with non christian views outside the church,. And argue that from unchristian people from outside the churchs i really don't think it's often even a good faith sort of conversation.
