I've Never Heard of Sinco, You Know?
As a chicano growing up in the seventies, eighties, and you not getting politicized around that time, it is like celebrating mexican culture, not mexican independence. We should have more cultural holidays. And i think we want sesachaves day as a national holiie,. That is one. O celebrate that makes sense to me, a civil rights her i make sense. So how would either of you like to see singo celebrated and commemorated? What would that look like?
