The larger cultural paradigm that requires predetermined outcomes, whether it's in philanthropy and the NGO sector or business is so powerful. President Obama was doing a press conference just before the Eastern European Economic Summit, and he was asked about ISIS. He made him all say in unison, don't do stupid shit. Now that would that our current president followed that, followed that principle. It actually makes no sense for presidential candidate to come up with detailed policies. They can't control the world. What they should be demonstrating is the competence to deal with complexity.
