Close to half of the soils in the world right now are considered degraded, meaning their ability to support plant production and to support life is compromised. We can accomplish this by putting in place, deep rooted perennial plants, reducing tillage and other disturbance from agricultural practices,. including optimizing the use of agricultural chemicals and grazing.
