knowledge management is all about change and people do not like change. If they trust you, then they know that your intention is pure. You need somebody who knows how to handle conflict or resistance very well. There are going to be a lot of clashes of priorities because people are territorial. It's if you're somebody who oozes with safety, trust, I'm comfortable. My door is open. Tell me what your problem is. And I will try to help you.
