On June 13th, Putin came out publicly and agreed with the Russian defense ministry that every member of the different militias, including the Wagner group, would have to sign individual contracts. In a way, that would mean the Wagner group was being incorporated more formally into the Russian military apparatus. It's a privately owned capitalist army, capitalist in the sense that Progosion is the capitalist. So it looks like he was about to lose his business. He had been denouncing the Minister of Defense in the top general military command over the war in Ukraine. They let him go, but in return also, he calls off the march for justice and all of his soldiers return to the base.
