Wasp Diving Suit
i had a post ock lined up in madison, wisconsin with the leading membrane biophysicist of the day. And then i went out on this expedition where there were some scientists testing these diving suit called a wasp that was actually developed for use by the offshore oil industry down to depths of two thousand feet. So what it looked likeit looks like this michellan as got michellan man arms, but it doesn't have legs. I made my first dive in the santa barbara channel. Went down to a depth of 880 feet. Turned out the lights, and all i could think was, oh, well, this is just so incredibly cool.
