KMT - What's Next for the IRS?
Initial guidance on KMT was 50 pages and it really only gave us a sliver or companies. There are other questions remaining about how KMT will interact with the global minimum tax that was agreed upon by the OECD. We're expecting another trench of guidance in the first quarter of 2023, but we kind of knew going in to the new year that this initial guidance would be pretty bare bones for KMT.
