Nancy davis: I haven't used table salt in 30 years, so i'm not really sure. But you should get a really coarse sea salt, like a malden salt,. In addition to every day diamond crystal, for example. The crystals are bigger and theyre not used for cooking, ther just used for finishing. So i would deftly recommend a very coarse sea salt as part of your repertoire.
