Is the iPad a Three Out of Five?

I feel like out in the real world, people are pretty happy with iPads and people keep their iPads for a long time. And most iPad users don't really care or about the consternation over stage manager because they probably don't have an iPad that can even run it yet. But collectively looking at it from a strategy perspective, it just feels like something didn't land the way Apple wanted it to. When you walk into an Apple store, it's confusing. I think that that hurts its core.
