The Four Noble Truths

In the same way that we approach exercise, you just have to start working out and eating healthy. Working out consistently over a certain amount of time produces a very predictable result. But it doesn't happen overnight. A garden is another analogy that's used frequently in Buddhism. It's an ongoing process. So that's what leads us now to the fourth of the four of the noble truths: there is a path that leads to complete liberation from suffering. And the method for doing this is to walk the path.
