The Effects of Diet on the Microbiome
We would not be able to live without bacteria in terms of our health. The foods that we eat the drinks that we have a lot of those masses come from microbial activity as do a lot of pharmaceuticals okay so let's look at how we get our own individual microbiomes in the first place because sheenah we're not we're not born with them aren't we we're kind of a blank slate are we where do they come from? So generally speaking we think about it is when you're born and so the way that you're born seems to be quite important You tend to develop more kind of vaginal or fecal bacteria if you're born through the natural root, for example.
