Love of the Goodr Is a Kind of Passion Pursuit
Plato says that love of the goodr is a kind of passion pursuit which is actually deeper and more powerful than just any particular sexual appetite you might have. And so this is why, even though plato has plenty of sex in his characters, if you read the carmodies, there's like a lot of kind of nessand jokes about it and stuff. This is where we get the the word platonic. Like its a platonic relationship. We're ot gong to have sexual desires for each other.
